Since human beings are
seeking comfortable and healthy lives, their requirements about functional
fibers have been increasing. The followings are the introduction of functional
fibers.
I. Comfortable
Fiber
1. UV-blocking materials can be
added into fibers, such as titanium oxides and aryl compositions absorbing
or diffusing UV. Such mixture can be fixed by certain processing technology;

3. Warmth-keeping material
is made by mixing carbonized zirconium with fibers. Since carbonized zirconium

II. Ease Care
Fiber
1. Fix-shaped and processed
products:
Fabrics made by cotton and synthetic fibers will shrink while being worn or
washed. Adopt the "fix-shaped" processing technology that can make

washed.
2. Filth-preventing materials:
Cladding fabric surface with silicone and fluorine series compositions can
make the fabrics water-preventing and oil-preventing. The liquid filth is

fiber, the dirt attached to the fiber will easily be washed away.
III. Safe Materials
If non-flammable or fire-preventing
fibers contain the halogens, non-flammable gas will be produced through thermal
decomposition. Furthermore, if nitrogen or phosphorous is added, their catalytic
action can restrain the burning, or even put out the fire. The“
